Speed Agility and Quickness training is an essential part of the athlete’s development. Plyometric movements, ladder drills, hurdle jumping, and medicine ball drills combine to produce results.

 

Resistance Training

Beginning a weight training program can be difficult and confusing. We will be going over dozens of exercises, how to do them correctly, and what muscles they affect. This phase of the program prepares the athlete for the high school weight room.

 

Strength & Conditioning

Different sports require different training programs. We will be designing programs that function with the sports you play. Dozens of exercises and movement patterns to increase strength and enhance your overall physical levels. The sensory and motor requirements, for high level performance is very complex. Therefore we must chose exercises that challenge and stimulate our central nervous system. Activities that integrate a wide variety of movements are beneficial for achieving this task.
