Billy Squire, Aerosmith, Guns and Roses, Metalica, Motley Crue are good for me when I want to get a little "bad ass" going. I agree with Carrie, there are some crazy songs that those Whipper Snappers listen to, but they get your heart pumping!

Andrew made a mix for me and I LOVE IT. I have used it in our dungeon, running the streets, hike/run the hill...shoot even to make housework more fun! I sometimes put it on shuffle, or run for one song jog for the next , walk and repeat.
Work Hard ....Sweat Hard...Play even Harder!! PS I am not responsible for the lyrics...I just like the beat...some songs might not be good around the young ones...:)
