Ive had the flu for the past five days. Though I may have been getting in my laps with my trips to the bathroom, Im wondering how to nt let your workout regress when youre feeling ill.

Amber...first of all that sounds like one nasty bug! Your body probably feels pretty weakened by it all. Nothing to feel bad about taking some time to heal and stay hydrated. I found it helpful to do sets of exercises as I could. A little something to keep moving. So if you were running to the restroom that is almost like sprinting...don't be so hard on yourself.


Time to get back to it now that you are feeling better. Make healthy eating choices and start moving. Keep moving forward...don't look back. As you start living a healthier lifestyle you will not get as sick. I have seen a dramatic decrease in how often my family gets sick since we are eating better and exercising.


I believe that you can do this life change Amber...keep looking forward! Getting sick was just a little bump in the road...time to get on track and focus energy on a healthier YOU!
