Question: When I enter things into the food log, what info do you want? Total calories, fat, carb, protein, fiber? Do I enter the entire day into the screen that pops up? Or do I enter one food item at a time? OTF Client


Answer: The more information you enter in the log the better I can assist you in achieving your goals. You can also use calorieking.com to assist in counting calories.Coach Lou
