Question: Do you have menu's and meal suggestions built into your website? I couldn't find them.

Answer: You can create your meal plan by clicking the link that says: Nutrtional Plan

I have found that I had to enter a fixed amount at the bottom of the nutrition profile screen to get a calorie intake that I wanted to shoot for in the Nutrition plan. For whatever reason It was calculating that I needed to eat 3300 calories or 2700 to lose weight which I knew was wrong. Garrett, I filled out the form and then at the bottom I entered in a flat 2000 calories and then clicked the button to "lose weight" and saved that profile.... then when I went to the nutrition plan it had calculated a plan that was centered around 1500 calories. Ask Lou what your taget intake should be. Maybe that will get you the plan you want.  Lou, do you have any other tips that you have used to get the nutirtion profile link to set you up with a "real" diet plan? The only way I could get it to work was how I described above.

The OTF was desinged to train athletes. As an athlete you need all those calories for energy. Us the plan as a general path to go down. Most of you should be eating 1200-1400 calories per day.

Also, know this...If you are burning more calories then you are eating you will lose weight. That doesn't mean you can go out and eat 4000 calories of crap and then expect to burn it off.

One more thing...Be smart. a good diet is simple. Lean protein, complex carbs, and fresh veggies. keep the meals small and lot's of water. Don't stress on the calories if your exercising everyday and eating right.

Does that help?
