Sometimes it is hard to put your own success into words. So I will help a fellow OTF member out since I have SEEN her change over the last 6 months. Many benefits of the GOeFAST way of working it… I have seen her drenched in sweat, swearing to drag Coach Lou into the desert and beat him with a blunt object of her choosing. I have seen her truly fit into clothes now…not those baggy pants anymore but nice fitting, figure flattering pants cause she has a figure to show off. Her husband thinks she is HOT and she has the energy to live life!! In some circles she was seen as a 50 year old grandma to her own kids! Now she is seen as their MOM no mistakes about it! She carries herself at least 20 years younger. She has made changes in her life with the guidance of GOeFAST OTF and Coach Lou. Maybe she does not see it as clearly as I do.
