I made my first batch last week. I am an Italian cook...I do not measure exactly by the cup or spoon. With that being said... I put the mixture in a Ziploc bag to mix it well. I measured out 1 cup of milk and added it I would say by the quarter cup...mixing after each addition. It looked and felt right after 3/4 of a cup of milk. I left it in the Ziploc to refrigerate and store until I wanted to cut off a portion to eat!! I did not drizzle with honey or put morsels on top...the trail mix I choose had chocolate pieces in it. I am happy to have a use for the OLD FASHIONED OATS that I accidentally bought instead of instant!! Hope these tips help! | |

Tried another variation to the already great recipe... Instead of trail mix I used about a half cup of almonds and half cup of Craisins (dried cranberries) Tossed them together to make my own mix to add in. Yum Yum | |

Did not have Granola so I substituted the last cup from my box of Bran Stick Cereal..you know the bottom of the box not too many whole sticks of bran left...worked great. Added a few grams of fiber to the bar doing this and some protein too!! | |

Add a tablespoon of coconut. Adds a little sweetness and texture. | |
