Posted by Bill K.: I have known Lou for about 5 years. I finally committed to Lou and myself to start working out and getting fit like I was 20 years ago. Back in January, I went on Weight Watcher's and lost 33 pounds by July. Since then I gained only 5 pounds of the weight back. I would like to lose 35-40 more pounds. This is why I came to Lou for help. I started his Program about 2 1/2 weeks ago, since then I have lost 3 pounds and my ABS feel Tight and my pants are getting loose. I am incorporating Weight Watcher's with the Food list in Lou's Library. My goal, with Lou's help, is to be 225 pounds and a 36 inch waist. 6' 3" 225 pounds will be awesome!!!!!!! | |

Good for you Bill!! Alot of people don't realize that good eating habits and your workouts go hand in hand. You can't bust one of coach Lou's workouts and let's say burn 800 cals and scoff down a whopper that costs you the same! You just sabbotaged yourself. Plus, you can't see that six pack or your guns with a layer of fat on 'em. I'm glad that you're able to stay on track with coach Lou's library. I find it really helpful too! Keep up the good work! Your good eating habits and workouts are going to pay off in no time!! | |

Thanks to all those who emailed me. I think I heard from everyone. Average weight loss from the Online Training Facility members last week was 3.7bs!!! Great Job! Don't stop now!! Let's exercise on Thanksgiving morning and afternoon. Just to make sure the metabolism is burning fat! | |

Although I seem to be stuck at 8 lbs weight loss, I FIT INTO MY JEANS AGAIN! so that must mean I am losing INCHES! YAY! | |
