I posted this a while back and thought you all may find it interesting: Artificial Sweeteners Could Make You Gain Weight
A study by scientists in the US suggests that eating artificial sweeteners could make people put on weight because experiments on laboratory rats showed that those eating food sweetened with artificial sweeteners ate more calories than their counterparts whose food was sweetened with normal sugar. Test on humans and then give me some study notes. One question to ask yourself. Am I struggling with weight? And, do I use these sweeteners? If the answer is yes then maybe cut out the sweetener and see if you drop those extra pounds. Just a thought. Coach Lou | |
