Here is a start to the GOeFAST’s Dungeon Cooking and Healthy Eating Project.

We found these recipes from all over. They look pretty good, but may need a little tweaking for your taste.

  • Changing the bread to lettuce and vice versa will feed those who have had enough with the salads.
  • Also watch the sodium and sugar content they might need a little adjusting.

 

Let’s “TEAM UP” by adding YOUR OWN HEALTHY RECIPES… We know you have them cause we have already gathered some from Melissa and Lise .

Simple how it works…

  • Recipes that you have made and enjoyed
  • Comment on your recipe or any of the others….what you like about the recipe or how you tweaked it. A simple word or picture anything is fair game
  • Tweak a recipe to healthy...send it to Carrie

  • Eat often (mini meal every 2-3 hours)
  • Hydrate (water)
  • Recover (carbs & protein)
  • Mindset (think Positive)
