This is a 90 minute Strength and Conditioning Program that focuses on training the whole athlete. Each session is designed to enhance the overall performance of the young athlete. Training sessions include sandbags, tires, kettlebells, plyometric boxes, lateral explosion boxes, medicine balls, and a whole lot more! This year we are introducing sledgehammers and stones. We will be going over dozens of new exercises, how to do them correctly, and what muscles they affect. This program prepares the young athlete to grow safely. |
