Guidelines for Youth Training

  • GOeFAST designs programs to meet each individual athlete's needs that involve proper exercise technique based on assessments. 
  • Proper progression, program monitoring, and supervision are examined continually through all training.
  • GOeFAST does NOT tolerate outbursts and negative parent interruption. Negative comments and interaction during training sessions will result in immediate release from GOeFAST programs.
  • Our procedure is that athletes lift weights that can be lifted at least 6-8 repetitions correctly. The age an athlete can start to lift heavier weights depends on individual maturation and training experience.
  • Increase weight gradually as strength improves.
  • GOeFAST does not compare one athlete to another relative to their progress because each athlete grows at a different rate.
  • An athlete is required to have a thorough exam by a physician prior to starting any exercise program.

Dungeon Session Qualifications

It sounds crazy, but you need to be experienced to participate. Dungeon Sessions are hardcore and fast paced.

Before you look at training know that you must:

  • Carry a "B" average at school.
  • Submit a letter of good standing from 1 teacher and 1 coach.
  • As well as submit 2 paragraphs on why you would like to participate in the GOeFAST Dungeon Training Program.

Now, here are some examples of what you should be able to perform:

  • 25 pushups 1 minute
  • 5 pullups or 30 second hang
  • 25 Bench Press 65 lbs
  • 50 Medicine Ball Slams 8 lbs 1 minute
  • 25 squat jumps 1 minute

 

Guidelines For Personal Training

As a client of GOeFAST Personal Training
You can expect the following:

  • A personalized fitness program that will be changed monthly to accommodate your ever improving fitness level.
  •    An e-mailed copy of your new program within 48 hours of your program design session.
  •  Provide you with an Exclusive GOeFAST Training Workbook
  •  Your sessions will begin promptly at their scheduled time.
  •  Your trainer will give you their undivided attention for the duration of your session.
  •  Your trainer will provide you with “continuing education” consisting of handouts, topics of discussion during workouts and newsletters to facilitate your success via email and phone.
  • Your trainer to reply to any questions via e-mail promptly. (Not too exceed 10 emails or 5 calls per week by client.)
  • Guaranteed Results as long as you’re willing to comply with the program.
  • Additional $40 Sessions for 4 months. (1 ) per week when session time is available.
  • We will evaluate and review program contract after 4 months.
  •  “Preferred Status” when GOeFAST offers new programs, services or products.  This status entitles you to discounts on products and services. Also early enrollment into our program offerings.

 

Our Expectations

As a client of GOeFAST  Training we expect the following of you:

 

  •   You to attend all of your scheduled appointments or provide us with 24 hours of notice for cancellations.
  • You to be ready to workout and on time for your appointments.
  •  You to comply with your prescribed program.
  • You to let us know if at any time we are failing to deliver extraordinary service.
  • You to recommend two friends, family members or co-worker to us when we’ve delivered extraordinary service.
  • You to provide us a written testimonial when we’ve delivered extraordinary service.

All Session Dates/Fees are clearly defined as follows:


  • Payment and Registration is due before participating in program.
  • All GOeFAST Monthly Programs are counted as 12 sessions. Some months have extra sessions within them. Meaning there are more than 4 weeks or 12 training days available. They are given to you free of charge as a gift from GOeFAST. They cannot be exchanged for time, money or moved forward to another month.
  • 1 on 1 Personal Training is $196.50 weekly for 3 sessions or $786.00 monthly.
  • No refunds will be issued due to inability or unwillingness to attend/participate.
  • All programs are filled on a first come first served basis. GOeFAST is not responsible if program is full before we receive your completed application.

Fine Print

  • by participating in or observing a GOeFAST program you are giving your permission to be photographed or videotaped by GOeFAST staff or volunteers.
  • all programs require dedication as well as practice and effort to achieve maximum results.
